Essential policy information governing transaction processing, export deliveries, refunds, and data security at Stenco Agri Private Limited.

1. Payment Security & Data Privacy

All online transactions placed on Stenco Agri are processed securely via Bank Internet Payment Gateways (IPGs) utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption.

  • Stenco Agri Private Limited does not store, process, or hold raw credit or debit card details on its servers.
  • Card details are submitted directly to authorized financial institution gateways via PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment sessions.
  • Customer personal data (Name, Email, Address) is treated in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

2. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the premium export quality of our natural Sri Lankan goods. Our refund and cancellation guidelines are outlined below:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund prior to shipping dispatch.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the event of goods damaged during transit or non-conforming items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at management@stencoitc.com with photographic evidence.
  • Refund Processing Window: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used during checkout within 7 to 14 business days, depending on card issuer processing times.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Domestic Deliveries (Sri Lanka): Processed via registered courier within 2–4 business days.
  • International Air & Sea Export Shipments: International courier and freight deliveries take between 7–14 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any destination import taxes, VAT, or local customs duties applicable in their country.

4. Terms of Service & Governing Law

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for domestic orders and US Dollars (USD) for international exports.

Governing Law: These Terms and any agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
